Led by Les and Erin. This one hour workshop will feature a Q&A after. Join us for a Self Defense Class this Sunday led by Erin Romney & Les Schmidt. This course will cover situational awareness & personal security, as well as a hands-on section showcasing tactics & martial arts to help protect yourself & ward off others. There will be a Q&A at the end to answer any additional questions. Les has over 30 years of experience in security & self defense in addition to weapons training & a fitness background. We want to empower everyone in our community & keep everyone safe & secure.
