Topics include impacts of COVID-19 on food supply, recent outbreaks, advances in laboratory testing, and much more. This conference is for Regulators, Public Health, Farmers, Producers, Academia, Retailers, Manufacturers, Industry, and anyone else who is interested in food safety.
