Are you interested in the most recent developments in food safety? If so, you are invited to Utah’s first Food Safety Conference, April 12-14, 2022 at Thanksgiving Point. Topics include impacts of COVID-19 on food supply, recent outbreaks, advances in laboratory testing, and much more. This conference is for Regulators, Public Health, Farmers, Producers, Academia, Retailers, Manufacturers, Industry, and anyone else who is interested in food safety. This conference will be in-person only. Masks are encouraged and there will be opportunities for social distancing. Agenda will follow soon.
