We are growing rapidly and with the addition of the Major and Minor League Baseball licenses, we need you!! We are currently seeking a part/full time Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our roster in Bend, Oregon. This position is responsible for fulfilling orders, supporting warehouse organization and helping to ensure operations run smoothly. It is imperative for the person in this position to have the ability to handle multiple functions at the same time, the desire to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment and willingness in working with lasers and other equipment. Required Skills and Abilities: - High school diploma or equivalent education - Computer literate (IM, email, word-processing) - Power tool operation experience - Ability to handle multiple functions at the same time - Positive attitude with the desire to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment - Previous experience in similar field a plus - Reliable transportation Essential Functions: - Order fulfillment using online system - Custom engraving using a laser - Packing and shipping of orders - Organization and strong work ethic Support warehouse organization: - Receive and unload products - Promptly stock items in a logical manner - Maintain appropriate inventory levels - Communicate with management when product is running low - Correctly mark paperwork - Keep the warehouse clean, organized and free of hazards Ensure operations run smoothly: - Run errands and complete miscellaneous tasks as requested - Change work pace as requested to match the needs of warehouse operations Physical Demands: - Performing physical activities, such as: lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials - Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively on a daily basis Equipment Used: - Laser, computer, packaging materials, small hand held tools Work Environment: - Standard, clean, indoor warehouse Safety Requirements: - PPE including eyewear, gloves and mask when necessary - Use equipment in a safe and respectful manner - Report all accidents and incidents to management - Report all hazards to management - Work in a safe and responsible manner This position is required to work in person from our Bend, Oregon area shop.
