Community Thrift in Richland, WA is looking for a driver to join our team. Community Thrift is a new enterprise where donations go to support local community projects. You will be operating forklifts, box trucks, and trucks with trailers up to 24 Ft long. We are hoping to find an individual who wants to grow with our company.
Responsibilities
Drive vehicles to collect scheduled donation pickups
Maintain clean store and work area
Utilize forklift and trailers to transport goods between storage facilities and retail location
Provide exceptional customer service to all donors
Participate in team meetings and events
Occasionally sort/price donations when no driving is needed
Qualifications
Must have clean driving record
Must be able to utilize smartphone effectively
Must be able to stay on task with little to no supervision
Must have a strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Have a can do attitude and be willing to do what is asked of you
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
