Rehoming small breed 6 month old white boy puppy

Hello I have a 6 month old boy puppy. Small breed dog. He is almost pure white with a tan spot on his rear and light tan spots on his ears. we were told he is half Chihuahua / half daschund. I think he looks a bit jack Russell maybe too? He is adorable, affectionate, and my daughter and I love him but he really needs a fenced yard to run around in. He is very energetic and we have a small apartment. Since my daughter just got a new job and I work too she doesn't have the time he deserves and needs for training and playing. We are asking a small rehoming fee of $175. Just to make sure he goes to a good home and get back some of what she invested in him. I'm attaching some pictures. He loves to play fetch and doesn't bark a lot. He is almost fully house broken and sits on command. We can send him with food, leashes, harness etc. I'm in Spokane and we are mobile.
