Have effective communication skills and the ability to carry out verbal instructions. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in all facets of landscape maintenance; cutting, weed whacking, pruning, mulching, spring and fall clean ups, etc. Experience operating necessary machinery and tools applicable to landscape maintenance Candidates must be dependable, self-motivated and high energy individuals who take pride in their work Must have a valid driver’s license, DOT Medical card and experience driving a truck/trailer combo MA hoisting license also a plus Excellent starting wages with plenty of hours and quarterly bonus structure Excellent Medical, Dental and Vision insurance options Simple IRA with company match Company paid accident insurance Company Phone We will consider matching and/or exceeding pay from competitive companies for this qualified candidate.
