Skilled/Handyman wanted. We have immediate openings in Metro Houston and surrounding areas for Skilled/Handymen. We quickly became Houston’s number one go-to company for bank REO property maintenance and real estate investors' property maintenance, rehab, and preservation work. This is because we do good quality work and have short completion time frames. We receive a high volume of work orders daily, so we need excellent candidates to work with us. This position starts at $16 per hour. Depending on your work quality, your role and pay increase rapidly. We are looking for Skilled/Handymen for immediate hire. Our ideal candidate for this position commands the skills and experience to work with electrical projects and or carpentry. This person must possess good work ethics, professionalism, honesty, and their own tools to work with. Skilled /Handyman's responsibilities are: •. The basic framing of foundation, structure, or roof • Running electrical, including pulling wire • Working cohesively within their maintenance crew (3 to 4) individuals • Working alone at times or directly with clients or public • Moving supplies and materials • Meeting deadlines • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority • Communicate regularly with your crew leader Position requirements: • 2+ yrs. of work experience in Electrical, Building, Maintenance, Handyman, or related fields • Ability to work within a crew of 3 to 4 individuals • Must have own needed hand tools and power tools • Must be able to travel to work sites • A smartphone is needed for the apps we use • Ability to speak English; bilingual is a plus • Authorized to work in the U.S. The projects to be completed by our crews can range from: • Completing entire home renovations Top to Bottom • Painting • Drywall • Construction or framing • Laying tile, Linoleum, and or stretching or laying padding and carpet • Trash-outs and cleanups • Landscaping or hardscaping We 1099 all contractors.
