Learn how churches and ministry leaders can minister to those negatively impacted by failures in church leadership and anxious about church. Churches around Chicagoland have been impacted by the failure of church leaders, from prominent megachurches to local community churches. Many congregations are left to pick up the pieces after a leader departs while others face the task of tending to the shattered faith, broken hearts, and deep anxiety that remains around the mere idea of church. AM 1160 invites church leaders to join together to hear from expert leaders as they share their insights and experiences, with an opportunity for leaders to interact together in a Q&A, discussing how to address a newfound anxiety towards church, how to discern good leadership that can be trusted again, how they can minister to those who have been devastated, how to identify red flags in leadership, and how God can heal and instill hope in the face of an abandoned flock.
