2009 New York City Marathon shirt

In late 2021 I found a shirt from the 2009 New York City Marathon in my front yard. I'm guessing the runner took the shirt off on his/her way to Memorial Park because it was getting hot and hid it in my yard with the intention of retrieving it on the way back. I left the shirt in place for a couple of months and then took it inside for safe keeping. The shirt commemorates the 40th running of NYC Marathon, and I'd like to reunite the shirt with the runner who earned it.
