My landlord passed away recently from coronavirus. I live in Erath, La, with my dog and 2 kittens. I had a deal worked out with my landlord where I did his groundskeeping for my rent. Now that he passed away, I need to move out. I can work for my rent or I can afford to pay a little rent, but probably only like $400 a month. I am certified in cpr, and am an experienced caregiver, plus experienced in lawn care, and some painting and stucco. Hoping to find a cheap mobile home to rent or something affordable, with enough room for me and my pets. They are not a nuisance. And I am a quiet tenant. I prefer living alone, so I would need my own space.. Please message with anything you are looking to rent out, or even with suggestions of who I can ask! My landlords family is trying to vacate this property, probably so they can sell or something. I’m not sure. So I have to find something soon. Thanks..
