Meet the parking lot of the Cook County Forest Preserve Dam No. 1 Woods-West near the Hintz Rd entrance at 10:00 AM Please join us Sunday, March 20th at 10:00 AM for our next KOE Cleanup Event in Wheeling, IL. This event will take place at the Cook County Forest Preserve Dam No. 1 Woods-West at 966 S. Milwaukee Ave, Wheeling, IL 60090. We'll be meeting in the parking lot near the Hintz Rd entrance at 10:00 am. We're looking for 20 volunteers 13 yrs. or older to help with this cleanup event. Please know this event will partially take place along busy Milwaukee Ave and the Des Plaines River, and recommend younger children not participate. This is a NO RAIN event. This cleanup event will be rescheduled to another date in the circumstance of rain. Dress appropriately for weather and terrain. We do recommend boots for this event. All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We will provide: Litter grabberGloves (if needed)Safety vestTrash bags
