The best time to plant a tree was 25 years ago; the second best time is February 26th! Come join us in planting fruit and pecan trees! We are so excited to begin planting trees in the community food forest being created at Padre Park! The food forest will eventually provide fruit and pecans for the community. Some notes to make your day more pleasant: Wear comfortable clothes to work in. Wear comfortable shoes you don't mind getting dirty. Bring a water bottle. Wear some sunscreen and/or a hat.
