YOU ARE YOUR FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE What will you do when someone has their hands around your throat? What are you going to do when someone has you in a bear hug, and is trying to take you to the ground? Do you always travel with someone? Are you looking down at your phone when you exit the gym after a great workout? Let’s face it, no one is coming to save you. You are your first line of defense. Krav Maga is an Israeli self-defense system that uses your natural instincts to fight off an attacker. It’s based on real world scenarios. In this two hour Krav Maga class you will learn how to escape from a bear hug, defend against a choke, and much more! Our goal is to empower you, while you learn some life saving techniques, meet other like minded folks, and perhaps create lasting relationships with others. Train in a safe environment, and have fun doing it! If you always wanted to try a self-defense class but never got to, here is your chance! This class is NOT intended to make you an expert, but to encourage you to be aware of your personal safety, and self defense. No experience necessary, and no physical condition limitations.
