Real Estate Development Company based in San Francisco. Searching for someone who wants to learn about real estate development and investing in the Bay Area. Time will be spent systematically driving around certain neighborhoods in the Bay Area to record addresses of distressed properties. This can be viewed as a paid Internship with no college credit offered. Will be an excellent opportunity for a college student to learn about real estate development first hand, and gain valuable contacts in the industry. Must have a reliable vehicle and an extremely high attention to detail. Training and mileage reimbursement is provided, as well as $20 per hour pay plus bonuses. 10-20 Hours per week offered, pick your own schedule during daylight hours. This position is expected to last 1-3 months, with potential for more opportunities in the future. Start ASAP!
