Cleaner for Vacation Rental Property on Lake Merritt

I'm looking to hire an ongoing cleaner for my studio in Lake Merritt. This is an Airbnb so the schedule will not be the same every week. But I am looking for someone who can be available to clean the studio starting at 11:30am and working no later than 1:30am on check out days. I am expanding and starting another Airbnb in the same building so, if there is interest from both parties, more hours are likely. Pay is $70 per cleaning session. Below are the job responsibilities: - Change linens and towels - there will be 2 sets of linens and, since there is no washer and dryer onsite, the cleaner must wash the used linens and towels on own time whether in a laundromat or at their home. - Make bed - Sweep and mop floors - Vacuum rugs - Clean toilet, bathtub, and sink - Take out trash - Dusting surfaces - Clean countertops, door handles, light switches, mirrors, windows, refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven. - Check for damages and report low inventory - Restock toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, coffee etc. - Water plants - Put away dishes or any other items that are misplaced There will be a more detailed checklist that will be given to the cleaner. The cleaner will also be required to send a video after each session to keep on record in case of any issues with Airbnb guests.
