Advanced Environmental Clean is a specialized high tech service provider for process equipment decontamination, refurbishment and parts cleaning. AEC is located Santa Clara, CA. Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for counting parts, taking pictures and matching them to the traveler. 2. Must be able to differentiate between good parts and defective parts. 3. Follow all company processes and procedures. 4. Must be accurate and attentive to details. 5. Responsible for bead blasting and/or masking parts per print drawing/specifications. 6. Verify uniform finish after bead blasting with profilameter. 7. Candidate will conduct final QA inspection per drawing/specification. 8. Package parts per specification and label. 9. Comply with safety requirements/regulations (wearing safety glasses, gloves, smocks, etc.). 10. Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition at all times. 11. Maintain a service log for all machines. 12. Assist in facilities maintenance. 13. Supervise/monitoring technician activities. Experience: 1. Forklift and hoist experience a plus. 2. Familiar with tools (i.e. pliers, wrench, screwdriver, etc.). 3. Must have safety and chemical knowledge. 4. Chemical cleaning/knowledge a plus. Requirements: 1. Candidate must have a high school diploma and/or 2 – 4 years of experience in this field. 2. Fluent in English. 3. Have flexibility in regards to hours and schedule. 4. Must have a clear and valid Driver’s License. 5. Must be honest and have integrity both now and in the past. 6. Must be safety conscious at all times and enforce safety requirements with other. 7. Must be able to lift 35 pounds and move or maneuver materials. Must enforce use of lift assist equipment when required. The Operations Technician/Supervisor position at AEC is a key position within our organization which requires a high degree of responsibility and committed dedication. Management must trust this individual to oversee operations, employees, equipment and customer requirements continuously, even during their absence from site. The primary duties of AEC’s Operations Technician/Supervisor including the following responsibilities: 1. Maintenance activities for facilities, equipment, and materials management required to conduct customer service requirements. 2. Making sure jobs are moving through the shop according to schedule. 3. Maintaining material levels are sufficient to perform jobs. AEC’s Operations Technician/Supervisor requires a multi-faceted individual able to: 1. Interact with AEC’s executive management and understand corporate goals and objectives and be able to clearly communicate these to employees, contractors, suppliers and clients. 2. Maintain an organized and efficient shop floor that ensures employee training/safety and facilities/equipment maintenance and operations. 3. Conceive and implement cost effective improvement to create operations efficiencies that benefit our clients and internal activities. 4. Must be mechanically/electronically proficient in regards to equipment used in and for high tech industry activities.
