Applicants must have the following: -Minimum 15 years remodeling residential homes -Great demeanor -Show up with appropriate attire for working on construction sites in all phases -General carpentry kit of tools -English speaking -Understand plans and schematics -Understands waterproofing concepts Duties include: -Maintaining a safe work site -Concrete forms (very light duty) -Framing (additions to pick up items pre gyp) -Installing finishes (Int./Ext.
