Seeking Promo Model / Helper for Home Show

Hello! We are Summer Accents ( ) here for another year at the Columbus Dispatch Home Show (located at the Expo Center in Columbus, in the Bricker & Celeste buildings) and this year we can use some help showing off our awesome patio umbrella line! (NOTE: We will consider multiple hires if we cannot find the right candidate to work all available days.) (Days / Hours) Saturday 19th: 11am - 8pm Sunday 20th: 11am - 6pm Monday 21st: 11am - 8pm Tuesday 22nd: (closed) Wednesday 23rd: 11am - 8pm Thursday 24th: 11am - 8pm Friday 25th: 11am - 8pm Saturday 26th: 11am - 8pm Sunday 27th: 11am - 7pm (Show ends at 6pm, slotting an hour for customers to pick up floor models) We are looking for someone to help us show how easy the umbrellas are to use (rotate, tilt, open and close, etc). We'll do some light training your first morning so you can answer basic questions and help us write up orders during the busy hours of the show! We have no ideal age or gender for this role, and the physical requirements are fairly easy (be able to stand / walk around for the majority of your shift -- write on a clipboard occasionally -- be able to lift 5 pounds over your head). Our ideal candidate is friendly with a nice smile, enjoys talking to the local customers and enjoys a nice sunny day outside (even though the event is inside, we talk with customers a lot about backyards and BBQs etc). Pay is $20/hour, via online transfer at the end of your last shift (cash is optional with enough notice).
