I need help cleaning out my garage and window / doors

I am just finishing a remodeling job on my house and the garage needs cleaning....I need 1 or 2 helpers with a truck to help take out whats in the garage and then clean up the refrigerator and washer and dryer that's been in it since the remodel started....they are just dusty etc...and then clear out the rest of the garage so it can be painted.....I also need help on the inside of the house with new doors that were put in and new windows that have debris and dust in the tracks and window sills. I might need you to take a load of trash to the dump.....I would like to get this done Saturday. Let me. know if you are avail, reliable, have your own ride....non smoker and are respectful of others properties....this is for 1 or 2 days only. thanks
