Kozyaks Market LLC a company catering to the needs of AirBnB/VRBO Hosts. We do all aspects of all trades any time day or night. We work directly for a luxury vacation rental company overseeing approx 42 Luxury Waterfront Estates. Many of our guests are professional athletes, celebrities and media personalities. We do whatever it takes to maintain these properties to the guests expectations to keep them coming back to stay with us. The calls are random often at odd times. There will be period of time where there is little work then times where we are working 16hr days and through the night. If you manage your money correctly it evens out and works pretty well. Gives you time off and then time to make money. I need polite, well spoken individuals who can take direction and who do not have a problem with being told how to do something. When your input is needed it will certainly be asked for at that time. The biggest quality out of you that I need is open availability and the ability to run to a job with little notice. The ones that run to the jobs are the one who are going to get the most work and make the most money. The way I started was I never turned down work if there was money to be made I went out and made it you will do well if you follow that same blueprint. Basic hand tools are needed most everything else I have. A car is important but not a requirement provided that you can take Uber or Lyft and arrive on time. To start it will likely add up to a part time position. The longer you stay around and the harder you try the more responsibility you will be given and the more money you will make.
