We are hiring! Everett Bayside Marine, Inc. is hiring for multiple positions including: Marine Service Manager Parts Specialist Marine Technician Boat Lot Attendant/Shop Assistant Forklift/Dock Assistant These are full time openings, but part time may be possible for some positions. Full time positions include medical, Simple IRA retirement plan, paid vacation, and paid holidays. Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license. Marine Service Manager • 2+ years of experience and knowledge in the marine industry with both parts and service. • Skilled team management. • Ability to clearly and kindly communicate with customers and other employees clearly and kindly. • Build customer estimates and work order. • $25-$40 per hour DOE. Parts Specialist • 2+ years of experience and knowledge preferred in the marine industry with both parts and service. • Customer service skills. • Willing to work Saturdays. • $25-$30 per hour DOE Marine Technician • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot marine engines. • Preferred 2+ years of experience and knowledge as a marine technician. • Willing to train! • $25-$40 per hour DOE Boat Lot Attendant/Shop Assistant • Help keep the work areas clean. Both in the shop, parking lots, and inside the building. • Wash boats before returning to customers. • Able to act quickly when given direction in an urgent/fast-paced setting. • Experience around boats is a plus. • Possibility to work Saturdays. • $15+ per hour DOE. Forklift/Dock Assistant • Assist Forklift Operator in launching/hauling boats in and out of the water. • Able to act quickly when given direction in an urgent/fast-paced setting and is a good listener. • Physically able to walk up and down ramps in all weather conditions. • Excellent customer service skills. • Experience around boats is a plus. • Willing and/or desire to excel in the field. • Ability to work weekends and holidays. • $15+ per hour DOE. Bayside Marine is located in the growing Port of Everett, which is the largest marina on the West Coast. We are located next to the largest boat ramp in the state and have no shortage of boats right at our finger tips. Bayside is a very casual work atmosphere on the beautiful Everett Waterfront, with a group of long-term employees and customers that are part of our great team.
