Help us fulfill our mission of keeping E-waste out of our landfills. 3R Technology is an e-waste recycler and reseller of surplus computers, network gear, and other electronics in the Puget Sound area. We are seeking a full-time person with the flexibility to work in our warehouse and serve as our backup driver. Successful applicant must have the ability to work directly with customers in the field and with other employees within the warehouse. The right candidate will have experience driving trucks (26 ft or smaller - No CDL required). Candidate must be dependable, honest, and organized. We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, and who always has a positive attitude when working with others. Most equipment we pick up needs to be hand-loaded, so applicant must excel at physical labor, and be comfortable doing as much or more loading and unloading than driving. Experience with forklift, hand-trucks and pallet jacks a plus. This is a position that requires interaction with our clients, so we need someone who has good customer service skills. We are a small business, with a great mission and an awesome staff so it's very important that the successful candidate works well with others. We have a great environment for fostering learning, personal development for those looking to showcase their initiative. Our working hours are mostly 7:30am – 4pm Monday – Friday. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing equipment and trucks for daily route Warehouse work including operating a pallet jack and forklift. Pick up computer equipment and other electronics safely and effectively from client sites Unload safely and effectively at our facility Perform other deliveries or errands as needed REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Be in shape for physical labor such as loading, lifting and sorting equipment. Position requires ability to easily lift 50 lbs. Clean driving record required. Great communication skills and ability to be courteous and helpful with others.
