Green Effects, a Commercial Landscape Contractor, is seeking an experienced, responsible, punctual full Irrigation time Technician with a good work ethic to join our landscape maintenance department. Good verbal and writing skills required to communicate with clients, create estimates and billings. Responsibilities • Irrigation startup. • Monitoring. • Repairs. • Winterization of commercial landscapes. • Communication with clients. • Creation of estimates and billings. Skills • Ability to inspect, audit, adjust and repair systems to ensure they perform at maximum efficiency and conserve water. • Ability to read blueprints and schematics, perform math calculations and operate equipment and machinery as needed. • Washington BAT certification a plus. Work Environment • Full-time Pay: • Benefits: o Health, Vision & Dental Insurance Available after 60 days. o Vacation & Sick Leave. o Company Vehicle and Cell phone furnished. • Schedule: Typically, 8-hour shifts - Monday to Friday but can very. • Work Location: Varies.
