Press release from the Town of Citrus Heights: December 11, 2020 At their regular meeting on December 10, 2020, the City Council selected Steve Miller as mayor and Porsche Middleton as vice mayor. Each year, the City Council selects one of its members to serve a one-year term as mayor and vice mayor. The change is effective immediately. Mayor Miller was appointed to the City Council in December 2005 to fill a vacancy, and was elected to the City Council in November 2006, 2010, 2014 and 2018.
