It’s time to get lucky in the kitchen! Chef April is back and ready to share some of her favorite Irish fare! Starting with a special appetizer to awaken your taste buds, a Reuben Dip with crusty bread and veggies. Next up is a very traditional, savory Shepherds Pie. Our Special guest, Carol Meehan, owner (with her husband Terry), of the local family friendly Public House, Fiddlers Hearth in South Bend, will be sharing a special story about a popular menu item, Salmon of Knowledge. If you are a fan of or maybe new to Salmon you will love this dish! You won’t want the class to end especially when you sample the delicious Irish Apple Crumble Cake with Apple Brandy Sauce.
