WEST HAVEN, CT — The West Haven Animal Shelter is asking for help with finding a lost dog's owner. "This handsome guy was found by a good Samaritan roaming in the area of Barbara St. with no collar, no tags and not microchipped," the animal shelter wrote in a post on Facebook. "If anyone has any information on this sweet guy please contact the West Haven Animal Shelter at 203-937-3642 between 8am and 3pm any day. Please leave all messages in the general voicemail box."
