Big Brothers Big Sisters would like to establish a program in Jackson County. "Creating 1:1 mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth." This is a free lunch and learn for anyone interested. Community leaders within K-12 are invited to attend to help identify "littles" - the children that would benefit most from a big brother or big sister. Also, community members interested in becoming mentors, aka "bigs", are encouraged to attend as well.
