We're a small (25-30 employees) but growing marine based manufacturing company that needs to add a few team players. This job involves running tools and machinery, working together, and heavy lifting. Pay would start at $10-16 an hour, depending on experience. Guaranteed 40 hours per week with OT available. Requirements: - Physically fit and able to lift 50-75 lbs multiple times throughout the day - Experience working with tools/machinery - Common sense - Positive, "can-do" attitude is a MUST! Not required but would be perks: - Experience with tools and machinery - Any marine or tech background - Valid drivers license is preferred Please provide us with a resume or brief statement about yourself and why you feel you would be a good addition to our team. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE (but not limited to) Able to train on any shift as well as read and follow written and verbal instructions Must be able to lift 5-75 lbs consistently throughout duration of shift Able to follow packing instructions Able to work overtime as/when needed Must be able to stand/walk for 10-12 hours a day Strong work ethic, acute attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines Thrive in a team environment Able and willing to hand load and unload product and other materials from pallets Flexible to be able to perform general warehouse duties as needed Able and willing to comply and support established company policies and governmental regulations
