Michelle Lujan Grisham made the decision amidst a decline in COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations in the state. This decision will also be applicable to public schools. (Albuquerque Patch)The Albuquerque Teacher Residency Partnership (ATRP) was nationally recognized this week as a distinguished teacher education program. The ATRP received the Billy G.
