Description

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — The Fredericksburg Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a missing man. Family members said they haven't seen Francisco Villar since 7 a.m. on Sunday morning. On Sunday, Villar told his family members that he was going to church; he didn't take anything with him. They haven't seen him since then. The police department said Villar was riding an "old school" red bicycle with black handles. Authorities said Villar is considered endangered since he has not taken medication since Saturday. The police department also noted that Villar is known to visit shopping centers and homeless shelters in the City of Fredericksburg. When he was last seen, Villar was wearing a black sweater with a red collar and a red horizontal line on the shoulder. Photos courtesy of the Fredericksburg Police Department. Anyone who may have more information about Villar's whereabouts can contact the police department at 540-373-3122. Have a story idea?
