Yoga does not have to be painful and you do NOT need to be flexible 👍 I spent most of 2020 studying the Therapeutics poses that they offered in Svaroopa yoga to teach online. The training was four months of 16 poses and variations that were new to ourselves and our students, and it was quite motivating to bring this practice in a deeper way via Zoom.
