(CLINTON, CT) - On Wednesday, February 23 at 6:00 PM, Gail Finucane from Shoreline Adult Education will host a free information session at the Westbrook Library. Participants will learn about the National External Diploma Program® (NEDP), a free, virtual and confidential high school diploma option for adults.
