Black chihuahua dog without collar walking less than 5 mph on 300 block of Laurel Street, Fort Bragg, CA today around 10am heading north alley-bound direction. May end up nearby Denny’s if smell of bacon exists. Not my dog, not my neighborhood. Thanks
