Press release from the City of Knoxville - Blog: February 16, 2022 Knoxville Police Department officers arrested and charged four individuals with maintaining a dwelling for drug purposes after conducting a state search warrant at a home in the 5500 block of Dandyline Drive on Tuesday, February 15. The search warrant was the result of a lengthy Organized Crime Unit investigation. The investigation was initially launched in response to numerous reports from residents of possible drug activity and multiple drug overdoses at the home. The search warrant was obtained based on substantial evidence gathered over the course of the investigation that the home was being used as a platform for the use and distribution of controlled substances. Organized Crime Unit investigators executed the search warrant with assistance from the Special Operations Squad and other KPD special teams at around 12:50 p.m. on Tuesday. The search of the home resulted in the discovery of approximately 13 grams of methamphetamine, an amount of heroin, a firearm and various drug paraphernalia. The following individuals were arrested following the search warrant: James Nelson DOB: 3/19/76 Knoxville address Charges: Maintaining a Dwelling for Drug Purposes James Helsel DOB: 8/3/78 Knoxville address Charges: Manufacture, Sale or Delivery of Controlled Substance, Maintaining a Dwelling for Drug Purposes Zackery Lively DOB: 3/15/87 Knoxville address Charges: Manufacture, Sale or Delivery of Controlled Substance, Maintaining a Dwelling for Drug Purposes Lisa Williford DOB: 9/17/83 Knoxville address Charges: Maintaining a Dwelling for Drug Purposes, Criminal Impersonation Additionally, 28-year-old Kasandra Roggeman was found inside of the residence and arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.
