SANTA CRUZ, CA — The Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help locating a 19-year-old male missing since Feb. 7. Toran Relyea has not contacted his family since Feb. 7, which is reportedly out of the ordinary for him. Relyea is said to frequent downtown Santa Cruz and the Jewel Box neighborhood of Capitola. He has wavy blond hair and blue eyes. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Detective Sgt. Galvin at 831-454-7635.
