PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia released video footage of an armed man tying up a FedEx driver before stealing packages from the delivery truck. The incident occurred at about 11 a.m. on the 4300 block of Tackawanna Street. Video from the truck shows a masked man come into the truck while armed with a gun. He then tied the FedEx driver up and drove to the 1600 block of Womwrath Street. On Womwrath Street, police said the man took packages then left the area. The man was last seen going east on Womwrath Street towards Orchard Street. If you see this suspect, do not approach him and instead call 911 immediately.
