There are always new applications for specialized fabrics and materials for which Ms. Mcglauflin seeks useful end promise. There are always new projects and new products in line. The missing ingredient is funding. The markets identified above and ongoing are exploding all because of the unique creative ability of experts like Ann Mcglauflin. Funding is the key to success in this unique business. Speed and adequate funding are mandatory for success. Ms. Mcglauflin travels extensively in search of clients and materials to meet today's demands. A good deal of this travel is in countries where these materials can be found. Currently she can be found in the Far East , where, you might recognize, we find many of our clothing materials. She works with the manufacturer and oversees the demands the project requires. While she is homebased in New Jersey she travels wherever needed. The demands of this burgeoning industry and her dedication to her craft require continuing access to funds. Presently she is at the forefront of this distinctive business which requires talent, design and materials expertise. However, without proper funding this window will quickly close. Use of Funds. This first tranch of funds will be utilized to add an additional member to the team whose prime function will be to travel in other parts of the world seeking new and innovative materials. Some funds will be necessary to pay for deposits and "wait time" Other uses will be directed toward Research and Development and to satisfy current Payables. With the addition of this first $100,000 revenues should double. An appropriate Senior Promissory Note will be available to return along with your Investment. The $100,000 presently being funded will be utilized as received. The Notes will mature at the end of the 24 month period. Interest on the Notes will be paid annually for the first two years on ther anniversary date of the investment and the principal at the end of the 24 month period. There may be subsequent funding as projects demand. Any subsequent funding will be Junior to the current Senior Notes.
