I have 35 properties to manage and I am looking for a plumber. I also need a door guy, a framer, and a handyman. You must have tools and your own transportation. This job is not regular part time hours. It is for jobs that come up here and there, so it would be fine if you already have a full or part-time job. I have jobs come up frequently, but these are the jobs I need right now: Framing - 2 closets framed for sliding doors Plumbing - I need a vanity installed and a faucet installed this week. I also have plumbing jobs that constantly come up. Doors - Hang 6 interior doors with frames and 2 sets of closet sliding doors Cabinets - Replace 2 cabinet doors and a drawer in the kitchen Handyman - Replace outdoor carpet on stairs
