Press release from the City of Portsmouth: February 16, 2022 The Portsmouth Recreation Department has released its Spring/Summer Program and Camp Guide online.  Printed copies of the Guide also available at City Hall, Portsmouth Public Library and at all Recreation facilities.  Spring Program registration opened on February 14. Resident registrations for Summer Programs and Camps opens on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. Registration for non-residents opens Monday, March 7. Registration for Spring Swim Lessons at the Portsmouth Indoor Pool is now open for residents. Swim lessons registration for non-residents opens Monday, February 28.
