Rowell, 36, of Lund Street in Nashua was arrested on Feb. 12 on a felony operate after certified as a habitual offender and resisting arrest or detention charges. Brieonna Paige Duval, 30, of Palm Street in Nashua was arrested on Feb. 12 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge and a child restraints violation. Scott H.
