Random Acts of Kindness Are Just A Normal Way of Life for Local Small Business Owner, "Bundt Cake Bob" Feldman By K.P. Lynne "Random Acts of Kindness Day" is celebrated on February 17...but for people like Bob Feldman, affectionately known as "Bundt Cake Bob", every day is “Random Acts of Kindness Day”...365 Days a Year!  “Bundt Cake Bob” Feldman has become a household name in Chicago’s Southland…not so much for being the owner of "Nothing Bundt Cakes" in Orland Park and Mokena...but more so for his countless random acts of kindness...delivered with Nothing BUNDT Sweetness on a daily basis.  Whether he is volunteering his time teaching kids how to decorate cakes, delivering "Sweet Relief" to frontline workers, providing a helping hand to community causes, lending a shoulder to cry upon for a total stranger, or surprising elderly residents with cakes at a local senior center...Bob Feldman fills every day of the year with random acts of kindness.  These random acts of kindness all add up, to equal a stronger community, and stronger communities make the world a better place. Bundt Cake Bob’s genuine love of life has ignited a fire in his heart and soul to make life happy for everyone around him. He accomplishes this daily by volunteering his time to as many causes as possible and answering the call for donations to as many charities as he possibly can. Everyone who knows him is aware of his unconditional love for humankind...but he solidified the depth of his selfless love for others...during the Covid-19 Pandemic...by spreading "Sweet Relief" to frontline workers...without any regard for his own safety. During the height of the fear of the unknown, he could have easily stayed safe at home or within the four walls of his own familiar bakeries...instead...with the help of neighbors, friends and area businesses, he took it upon himself to spread "Sweet Relief" in the form of surprise deliveries of sweet treats to some of the hardest working heroes...the frontline workers, tirelessly working around the clock, at hospital emergency rooms, fire departments, police stations, pharmacies and essential businesses. One recipient said, "Bob is a hero himself for feeding the heroes." Forever young-at-heart, Bundt Cake Bob's ageless, youthful personality, child-like wonder for life, and unconditional love for everyone around him is nothing Bundt inspirational. He has been witnessed paying for cakes out of his own pocket for kids who can't afford one. His passion for spreading peace, love, kindness and happiness to every person he meets inspires others to “do good” as well...such as watching teens "pay-it-forward" or buying cakes for other teens, who didn't have enough money to buy one. Bundt Cake Bob spreads kindness like frosting on Bundt cakes. Bob Feldman is a highly respected and beloved role model, leader, mentor and small business owner, who is known for treating his employees and customers like family. He even penned a #1 children’s book about...what else…”KINDNESS!” On Random Acts of Kindness Day and always, "Bundt Cake Bob" Feldman is someone who is "Baking a difference...one cake at a time!"
