LAS VEGAS, NV — A gas station clerk in Las Vegas shot a customer who refused to wear a mask, then shot himself, according to a report.
A clerk at Terrible's gas station told an unmasked patron to wear a face covering Feb. 6, days before Gov. Steve Sisolak lifted a statewide mask mandate, KLAS-TV reported. The customer refused and approached the counter with goods to purchase.
The clerk refused to serve the customer and then followed the person out of the station, who left without paying. A fight ensued, and the clerk shot the customer in the shoulder before turning the gun on himself, according to the TV station, which obtained a report. The clerk did not survive, according to the report.
