MALIBU, CA — A traffic collision closed multiple lanes of the State Route 1 (Pacific Coast Highway) Thursday afternoon. Both eastbound PCH lanes were closed indefinitely at Guernesy Avenue just after 4 p.m. There was significant traffic on PCH in both directions from Lunita Road to around Malibu High School.
