Getting in shape isn't the most exciting goal, but it is incredibly rewarding for both your physical and mental health. If you've been avoiding exercise because of a bad back,  we can help.  We're honored to work with a number of local organizations to support their endeavors. If you're not familiar with TriCity Family Services, they offer life-changing assistance in providing accessible & affordable mental health services to the Kane County area.  While we're a medical practice focused on orthopedics, we recognize the incredible importance of mental health and are proud to support TriCity and their mission.  We're also delighted to partner with the Kane County Cougars, Chicago Inferno Soccer Club, and the Strikers Fox Valley Soccer Club - supporting not only their athletes, but the programs and organizations as well. Along with the fifteen area high schools that our doctors work with as team doctor (if you see us on the sidelines, say hello!), we also hold quarterly blood drives with Versiti Blood Centers of Illinois.  We are so proud of the many ways our communities care for and support each other, and feel privileged to be part of a giving tradition that we feel is unique to the Fox Valley community.  This press release was produced by the Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce.
