Small Pool Company looking for someone who is willing to learn how to service and renovate in ground swimming pools. Experience is preferred but not necessary. The hours will fluctuate between 8 - 12 hr days until June when things slow down. You need a drivers license and be able to pass a background check. You will also need to work Saturdays through June. The amount of hours we work and what time we get off will depend on how quick you learn what’s expected of you and how fast you move. No smoking on the job site. The starting pay is $16.00 an hr for the first week. If things work out your could earn between $16.00 - $25.00 an hr possibly more depending on your experience. You should be able to use cordless and corded Milwaukeewww Tools and an electric jackhammer occasionally.You will be paid as a 1099 subcontractor and no taxes taken out of your check. You will be asked to fill out a W9 form and receive a 1099 at the end of the year. We go to multiple pools a day usually. You will not be bored and have the potential to learn a lot of different trades. The right person can start next week.
