MOORESVILLE, NC — Drivers should expect a disruption in traffic flow on Main Street in Mooresville starting May 4 due to a paving project, the town said Friday. A contractor is scheduled to begin the roadway resurfacing project May 4 on Main Street between Iredell Avenue and McLelland Avenue. During the project, one travel lane will remain open, and there will be a detour set for the other lane. All downtown businesses that are open will remain accessible, the town said.
