MOORESVILLE, NC — The Town of Mooresville Board of Commissioners will hold its next upcoming board meeting Monday, July 6 at the Charles Mack Citizen Center. Members of the public may attend the meeting in person or view it online. "Please note if you plan to attend masks will be required and social distancing guidelines and CDC recommendations will be followed," the town said in a statement. The town's Agenda Briefing will also be held online Thursday, July 2 at 8:30 a.m., the town said. "The purpose of these meetings is to provide the Board of Commissioners with an opportunity to address town staff and ask questions regarding agenda items and presentations that will be heard during the Regular Meetings, held on the first and third Mondays of each month. Such items will include presentations, consent agenda items and regular agenda items," the town said. Public hearings slated for the July 6 meeting include: Conditional Rezoning request from MT Land, LLC – Rinehardt Road to go from Single Family Residential-2 (R2) to Single Family Residential-3 with Conditions (R3-C). Conditional Rezoning request from BTR Communities, LLC. – 2357 Statesville Highway to go from Single Family Residential-2 (R2) to Residential Mixed Use with Conditions (RMX-C). Conditional Rezoning request from Norma S. Cloaninger – 459 and 461 Faith Road to go from Single Family Residential-2 (R2) to Single Family Residential-3 with Conditions (R3-C).
