This post is staying active and getting updated daily until the problem is resolved. Thank you Flagstaff. Last photo is on 2/17 after the snow. Pictures speak 1000 words. Animal lovers, we need to do something for these poor pitbulls. Police put a notice on their door, stating they have to clean the canine feces in their backyard in 24-48hrs. They have not. They live in this backyard in filth. But the owners claim that their dogs are in Mexico to the police. Animal Control and Police "can't do anything" with our information apparently. Call them with a complaint, 1605 E Arrowhead Ave. Apt #6 is where the animal abuse is happening.
