Scheels Arena & Fargo Force Position: Facility/Conversion Team Reports To: Facility Manager on Duty Remit Cover Letter and Resume To: Jayson Young Scheels Arena 5225 31st Ave. South Fargo, ND 58104 Summary: The successful candidate will converting the arena for various events and help our facility and conversion crew with maintaining the facility. Essential Duties: § Set up and tear down for events § Rink glass removal/installation § Cover/uncover ice with decking § Stage set up/tear down § Helping with parking prior to home games and events § Other General maintenance around the facility as needed Minimum Qualifications and Abilities: Qualifications: § Must have minimum Grade 12 Secondary School Education or equivalent § Strong communication skills § Honest and hardworking Abilities: § Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ pounds § React calmly to highly fast-paced event environments § Work well with others in a team oriented environment § Ability to make appropriate and decisive decisions within the appropriate boundaries of responsibility Compensation: This is paid part-time position at $17 per hour
