This place is unsafe to even be in. He doesn’t want you to do no work till it’s approved by him in which we was waiting for two weeks for him to get paint. He wants to buy the material. But this man thinks he can reply to a text when he feels. Not only that he had my crew sitting in room 301 for hours and he never showed to order drywall that is needed.he thinks he knows about mold removal in which he thinks kills paint will kill mold. He has his own employees. That walked out daily because he hasnt even paid them.I should of listened to the maids when I was there with my crew when they stated we was the fourth legit contractors that’s been there and left because he hasn’t paid them. Also there is leaks everywhere. When I was there he had a leak in rooms 420 which spread to 320,220,120. I already contacted the code enforcement and city to have this inspected. And the whole building. He doesn’t pay the contractor or his employees. If you are a legit contractor in this state. Out of respect for yourself and your company I wouldn’t even touch this place. If you wanna catch a lawsuit when people get sick from the black mold then so be it. And if people get sick or die from it it’s your murder charge not his because he will definitely blame your company. And you better have more than a 2 million insurance policy. And hope to be in jail for a long time.this is a warning to any self respecting contractor or contractor company. He didn’t even pay the snow plow people. He is about to have many lawsuits. Against him I already contacted Toledo code enforcement and 13abc news and submitted the same photos that you see here.please use your better judgment. If he doesn’t want a contract written out walk away he’s trying to screw you. Not only that I had tool just walk out the room. That only him and his staff has a key too. Trust me when I say he is catching a lawsuit.
